Where downtown can I watch the US vs Belgium game with my kid?

I'd really like to watch the US vs Belgium game at 4pm some place within walking distance of the downtown area. I have my teenager with me, so I'm looking for a family friendly bar/public house that has TVs with sports on. Preferably some place that has a good hamburger because I promised my kid one if she let me watch the game in peace.
