Overthinking or a real issue?

Imagine the following situation: There is a married couple. The wife has been living with their child in one country for the past three years, while the husband lives in another country.
Two months before their wedding, the husband sent romantic messages to another woman. One of the messages said, “I’d rather see my beautiful doctor.” This caused a serious argument between the couple at the time, but the husband denied any wrongdoing.
Two years later, the wife discovered that the same doctor was still among the husband’s Instagram followings, even though he had repeatedly assured her and sworn that he had completely cut off all contact with her.
Today, while the wife and their child were waiting outside, the husband went down to the basement of his hotel, supposedly to bring back some cups. Since he was taking much longer than it should have taken just to retrieve the cups, the wife went into the hotel lobby and called for him.
Shortly afterward, a housekeeper/hotel employee came upstairs from the basement. She is a woman in her forties with two teenager children, yet the husband constantly refers to her as “the girl.”
The wife offered to go and get the cups herself, but the husband insisted on doing it. Earlier, he had also told her that the employee was upstairs. There were also many other things, leaving it out to keep it short.
The question is: Does the wife have a legitimate reason to feel jealous or suspicious of her husband in this situation?
