Drug scheduling
Location: Indiana (federal issue though)
Can you fight based off the governments own drug scheduling qualifications?
For example, schedule 1 drugs have no medical use, highly addictive with a high abuse potential.
Psilocybin is schedule 1, even though it is demonstrably useful both medically and in the cessation of addiction. It builds such a quick tolerance that it's anti addictive.
It doesn't scientifically fit its drug scheduling based on the governments *own qualifications.*
Is there a technicality that someone would be able to use here?
