My girlfriend just came back from her OBGYN and I don't know what to do. Help?

She's literally sobbing I mean she was sobbing she's a little bit better now but apparently her gynecologist was gagging when she was up on the table. I knew her pH was off but I didn't know it was this bad. She's asking me am I really this smelly and I just don't know what to say?
