Is it worthwhile to also get slide milling if I am doing porting on my CZ TS2 Orange?

I am planning to get the V porting from wicked arms. Is it worth the extra $250 to get slide milling as well to remove more material from the slide? I already have an optic cut and an SRO in the slide, but I want to get the porting to reduce the muzzle flip. Would it make that much of a difference if I also get the extra milling?
