Power chains won’t close gap

I have had power chains from my canines and lateral incisors since (I believe) October 2025 at the very latest, August 2025 at the earliest. The gaps on the right side of my mouth closed within about 2 months, however, the gap on the left side has not moved at all since I got the powerchains on the first time (I go to my appointments every 4-6 weeks so I’m not taking long periods between, I get them replaced). Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? It’s getting to the point where it’s the only thing stopping me from getting my braces off, if it moved with my other canine I would’ve had them off last year :(

(Sidenote - I have hypodontia, so still have some baby teeth where adult teeth won’t ever grow in. However, the side where the gap won’t close is the ONLY region of my mouth where I have all my adult teeth, so I feel like that can’t really cause any issue)
