Should I study abroad or do I take the easy path considering I'll be coming back to my country anyways?

Hi everybody! I (18F) come from a small country in Europe and I am planning to study civil engineering. I now have a choice - take a risk and accept challenges and study in Germany (considering I know the language and I have found a room in a WG) or stay (the university here isnt as high up in ratings as the one in Germany). Now there is a bunch of factors to consider but the main one being: in case of choosing Germany my parents would only support me during the first year but with no guarantee and therefore I'd be significantly dependent on them. In my specific case, I have been waiting for this time in my life to finally be independent and get out of my house physically and financially but studying abroad would put a big question mark over it, while here in my country I'd start working starting first semester, the costs would be lower and I would be more used to the environment and therefore become independent faster. But Germany is Germany and my calssmates consider me crazy for having doubts regarding this option, especially because I have the language. Besides, I managed to find a place to live (which is rare) and I have put so much work already. I am about to sign the contract for WG so I have to make the choice right about now. I'd appreciate different perspectives, some advice or anything you would have time for. I'm very lost. Thank you!
