Recommendations for couple from CA, USA who just want to chilllll

Looking to spend anywhere from 3-6 days at an all inclusive in August. We don't want to waste a huge chunk of the trip flying so probably looking at somewhere in Mexico.

I've been to 2 Rius (cabo and PV) and don't care to do that again. Went to Garza Blanca Los Cabos in February and loved it but kind of want to try something new. I know I've been to a couple more but it was years ago and don't remember the names...

Budget isn't an issue but still want value for the $$$

What we want:

- RELAXATION

- nooooo kids! Or at least separate areas for adults only that isn't just one pool. Preferred no kids anywhere though

- food and booze! Hopefully somewhere with decent food options at all hours, not just the dinner places. Good room service options would be nice. Booze- not watered down.

- swimming options, pools where you don't have to fight for seating, decent beaches

What we don't want:

- anything in Tulum, long story

- anything too fancy where even the lunch buffet has a crazy dress code

Clubs/events/parties- don't care either way, probably won't attend any of them. Won't be using on site spa services either.

We're late 30s/early 40s if that matters

If anyone has been somewhere they'd recommended please let me know! I know there are a ton of reviews/ recommendations on this sub but I don't even know where to start 😵‍💫
