Running with the Fitbit Air

To those who go running with their Fitbit Air: Do you hold your phone in your hand the whole time? I try to stay within different zones while running, so I often check my heart rate. That’s why I always have my phone in my hand. I wouldn’t say it bothers me much, but I can’t put it away either.
