Completed my 1st fresh transfer

This is my first round of IVF. I’m 29 and I completed my first fresh embryo transfer and while I’m excited, I can’t help to think what if it doesn’t work. I did 3 rounds of failed IUIs and never been pregnant before. I have unexplained infertility (lost 1 tube after surgery). I want to be positive during all this but my mind (and hormones) won’t allow me to think this will really work for me.

What’s some things you guys did for good luck and sanity during the 2 weeks wait.
