Roblox AI support is garbage

The support before the AI thing was already bad but holy crap did they make it 10x worse. I’m attempting to fix a mistake on someone redeeming a Roblox gift card on the wrong account because they mixed up the emails on the accounts and EVERY time I attempt to reach out to support it tells me to verify something by repeating what it tells me to say during the support chat and even when I do exactly as it says it ends the conversation and I have to start an entire new support ticket.

This has happened 5 times.

It will no longer let me send tickets for now. Says to “try again later”. AI is so dumb and so is the company. Roblox is trash.
