Returning player and need some guidance on builds.

Hey all,

So I’ve returned after a hiatus, before that I played enough to get an Ogryn and Arbite to level 30. I came back for Skitarii and am at level 30 without a single clue. I never went past Heresy difficulty but now I’ve begun to do things like Havoc missions and Auric level missions. I’m really struggling with how to figure out builds without YouTube and watching others. My builds for Skitarii at higher levels are getting me killed more often than not. I’m struggling to find higher grade weapons.

Should I try something simpler like Veteran?
Can anyone provide me general guidance on the types of things I should be looking at when making my builds for higher difficulty matches?
