2015 crv A/C suddenly stopped working- where is the problem?

My 2015 crv ac stopped working suddenly. It was working great since I got the car 2 years ago. I got in it last week and it worked great for 30 seconds then started blowing warm air. I have done the following to troubleshoot:

1. Checked the refrigerant/pressure levels by pressing the two valves and pressure was obvious after pressing the valves with one valve spraying refrigerant and the other making a sound that made it sound like it was pressurized.
2. I checked the relay and fuse. The fuse (MG clutch fuse - was not blown) and the relay (the one with the snowflake - tried swapping for another relay with no luck).
3. I have also checked to see if the two fans behind the condenser turn on and they do not when I turn on the AC
4. I also checked to see if the AC compressor was turning with the serpentine belt, and it was not when turning on the AC.

Not sure what the issue is… I figure it can only be the fans OR the compressor not both. Not sure why neither were turning on/engaging. Any help on what I should do next to find the problem would be super appreciated!
