Is my mom weird?

My mom just called me out of the blue and asked if I can run over $400 cash to her. Mind you I have never asked her any favors like this, I don’t have a good relationship with her and it’s for her job. I told her I don’t have that kind of money and she continued to say she’d pay me back, I told her I don’t think I even have that money in the bank (even though I do) but to ask that when I’m a mom to 3 kids?

I guess I just wanted to come on and rant because she has NEVER done anything for my family, doesn’t like my life style and has never been a good mom, why would I give her $400?
