Recruiting Tips

I am waiting till release day to get the game, but for those of you who have been playing already: how is the new recruiting system? Recruiting and building up small schools is my favorite part of NCAA, but I am worried that NIL might have made it really hard to ever get higher-rated recruits (like IRL right now) especially that you apparently have to re-negotiate NIL with your players after the season otherwise they transfer? It is what it is, but does anyone have any tips on how to recruit for a 2 or 3 star school? Are pipelines even more important now to get your foot in the door?
