DINK men with no male friends?

Do any of the dink men out there have trouble making friends outside of work? I find a large majority of men around my age that I come across have kids and tbh I can’t relate to them or connect with them at all. I started noticing my friends getting more distant when they started expanding their families when I was in my late 20’s to the point where I lost touch with them fairly quickly. I’m used to it now in my 40’s but curious if anyone else out there has the same opinion on this?
