Mixed Playlist not saving

I'm so frustrated because I've spent hours reordering my mixed playlist and when I hit save, it ends up in a random order. Not the order it started with, or the order I put it in, but in a weird order kinda similar to my desired one. I tried doing this last night and it didn't save, so I cleared my cache and logged out and back in, then I tried again today and it didn't work AGAIN.

It's not consistent either, because last night after the first fail I reordered it again in a simpler way and it kept that. Little changes will save and the smart reorder will save, but not an order that I like.

If anyone has any tips I would really appreciate that because I'm trying to get this playlist into a good order for a road trip at the end of the month and this is a very time consuming thing to do.
