Ending continuity error?

So many people have referenced the willow (unboxed) falling to the ground as Bear and Nikki get off the couch. Then we hear the jingle and snap before bear can throw up. The jingle comes from removing a willow from a box, in which we see the broken willow next to a box on the table when bear dies.

So was that a different willow she broke?

Also, for the willows bear opened and you get the negative jingle (Curry said there are two jingles, the negative when you can't make another wish) are those unusable even if someone new picked it up and never removed it from the box?
