Today was a weird day

So today was a not so normal day i fainted in the bathroom after that from the moment I gained my consciousness I have been feeling this weird dizziness and weakness in my body lol was on the bed since morning so didn't go to work today , that's it and was feeling that weird loneliness again , I was missing the people I used to talk to and my old online friends was reminiscing the old times I was diff back then now I am diff times change people change diff phases come and go it's crazy
