Too Many Medications?

I've been dealing with BV/Yeast infection for almost 3 months now. I was moving during that time and prioritized that over going to the doctor. I've tried various otc medications until I was able to get seen. I was given fluconazole (one dose) and it didn't get rid of the symptoms, so I was prescribed 2 more fluconazole pills. And that helped get rid of the throbbing pain I had in my lower back. I thought I was finally in the clear when a few night ago I felt dryness and irritation. My discharge is watery with a little bit of clumps. I've also started to feel nauseous occasionally and experience period like cramps here and there.

I'm calling my obgyn tomorrow to schedule an appointment, but I'm wondering if this was caused by taking too many different types of medications in a short span? Has anyone else experienced something like this? I've never experienced something like this before and I'm stressing out. ^^'
