90s energy and on TV

I’m trying to identify an old UK TV advert from the mid-to-late 1990s.

The main things I remember are:

- a lit match

- the flame going out

- then the match relighting itself

- a male voiceover

The advert had a sort of "what if?" tone, in that the voiceover asked questions like "what if we could re-use energy?"

I strongly associate it with a renewable-energy, green-energy, or alternative-energy message.

Definitely a corporate advert rather than one selling a normal product.

I originally wondered if it might have been BASF or another company with initials.

The relighting match is the key image I remember most clearly.

Does this ring a bell with anybody? Total long shot I know.
