Problems at Trek?

My husband and I bought two Checkpoint+ bikes on April 15th. Since then the delivery date keeps getting moved out. It's now the end of July! Originally, we were supposed to get them 1st week of June.

Is this common with Trek? I've never bought a bike with Trek. We're getting ready to ask for our money back.
