Just did my first tunnel time at iFLY to prepare for my AFF jumps

BEER!

I didn’t do terrible. But I feel like I didn’t do great. I had 10 minutes. We did 5 - 2 minute sessions. The first 2 minutes was rough. But by the last session, I was able to control heading and forward/back movement with decent accuracy. But I also found myself drifting all over the tunnel and constantly bumping the wall or falling down to the net. Is that just basically going to happen. In the tunnel? I’m just wondering if that’s something that should be worked on or if it’s just going to inherently happen when in an enclosed space.

I do need to work on the arch and relaxing. It seems difficult to relax but at the same time have complete control over your arm and leg position without tensing up.
