Ancient FPS DROP - 7800x3d, rtx 4070 fps issue

Hello guys.

I got ryzen 7 7800x3d, rtx 4070, ddr5 32 GB cl30 6000 MHz. I got smt off, undervolting, noreflex in Game.

My problem is dropping fps on ancient from 600 to 300 on site a or t spawn. Someone have same issue?

what’s now the best setup for ryzen 7800x3d? I mean smt, reflex etc.
