Can I still sue?

Location: Seattle, WA

Not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, apologies if not. I lived in Seattle from 2023-2024. There was a leak for the last about 4-5 months of my lease. I still have pictures of the water damage and the mushrooms that grew in the window. I have since lost the screenshots of my work orders overtime for the leak, as well as texts with the landlord at the time. (There were also roaches the entire time I lived there, and they still get negative reviews about that to this day.)

I have been frequently getting sick for the last couple years since I lived there. It only started after living in that place, but I have no medical records to prove if it has been from the mold/mushrooms or not. But it has very negatively affected my work life ever since.

Would I still be able to sue? I couldn't afford a lawyer at the time (still can't) I know I should have done it back then, but it was my first time being out on my own and I was afraid. I regret not taking action back then.
