Red line on the screen

Hi, i’ve bought a few weeks ago an ayn odin portal base. I’ve noticed that only on specific times, like when i use ppsspp or when I change to 60 hz refresh rate, a slightly trasparent red line appears on the far right part of the screen. I’m 90% sure that it’s not any type of physical damage but instead some kind of software bug. Do you know what the issue might be?
