Ultrasound prep

Hii,

I am just writing here to see if anyone has any non negotiable prep for internal ultrasounds.

I have my first coming up in a couple days and I honestly don't know how to prepare for it.

I will be having a TA at the same time so will have full bladder but I am unsure what to expect for the rest.

I am working on getting a diagnosis, my laparoscopic surgeon in 2024 said they found no endometriosis but to try again with a different surgeon.

Any tips would be appreciated
