Depop generated shipping label with incorrect weight

I haven’t used Depop in a while and last week I uploaded an item. When I was editing the listing, I made sure to click the extra large option as the package size as my item was over 2lbs.

A buyer sent an offer and I accepted it and they purchased it. When the label was generated the weight was 15.99oz. Is this a bug? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation?
