Me [22] and my bf [22] have sent pics to other people

TLDR I did it first so now he does it too?

I've been with my current bf for a year, with a lot of ups and downs.

I had a friend, let's call him Jerry. Jerry was a dear friend of mine, but he and my bf got into a big fight before bf and I started our relationship, and had been enemies since. I told Jerry and my bf that I did not want to get involved and appreciated each in their own way. They agreed not to get me involved, and I continued dating my bf and talking to Jerry.

For one month, I drank a lot after having a recent surgery because the meds just didn't numb up the pain. Jerry texted me one night when I was awfully drunk. He knew I was drunk. He manipulated me into sending a chest pic by saying he would end the friendship if I didn't. I stupidly sent it and immediately regretted it. For the next week, he threatened me into telling people about the pic if I didn't send him another one, plus making my best friend Alex hate me by telling him something untrue about me. I was so scared out of my mind, I sent him a second pic.

I came clean to my bf and assumed all responsibility the next day. He exploded, calling me awful names, asking how I would feel if he did the same with someone else, asking what his family would think, saying all of my friends would hate me, saying my family would hate me, saying I cheated, and saying he wasn't sure if he wanted to continue with the relationship. He blocked me for one day. We talked it out and continued, but for the next couple of months, he was very jealous of me, micromanaged everything, and it was honestly hell for me. We went to couples therapy, and it got better, apparently.

Today, my bf says he tried to meet a new female friend yesterday afternoon, and she asked for a d pic, so he sent it to her. We actually watched a movie online after the supposed incident. I didn't sense anything was wrong back then. This morning, he came clean and said he was scared because he just got a message 10 minutes ago saying he would have to pay money to a supposed policeman, or they would come after him because the girl was underage. I tell him it's obviously a scam and to block those people.

Anyway, just feeling like I get what I deserve, I don't know what to do anymore.
