NEED ADVICE!!!

I got my IB results today and I got a 5 in Biology HL and a 4 in Chemistry HL somehow. The rest of my grades were fine, but those two really brought me down. I didn't get into medicine last year and I'm planning on retaking the UCAT on the 30th of July. My dad and my university councellor are really pushing for me to go to university. I got an offer for biomedical sciences at Bath and Liverpool, but because of my bio and chem grades I don’t think I’ll get into either. I’m really being pushed into clearing by the two of them and I just feel really lost. They can’t seem to understand that it would just be a waste of money to go to uni, reapply during the 1st year and otherwise do graduate entry. No one I’ve seen recommends it. I’m at a really low point right now becuase I hate disappointing my parents and I have continuously over the past year with all my medical school decisions as I have a really difficult time being disciplined and working hard enough. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you
