New to Lyme

Hello. I actually have a very old infection that has apparently decided to show itself. I am curious, and I’m sure there is already info about this, what has worked for anyone. I’d like to order herbs. The ones that look most intriguing are cryptolepis and knotweed. Bonus if I can find something that has both. I know Amazon is not always the place to go but at this point I’m so exhausted and just want to get it ordered so I am ok with Amazon recommendations. I also would prefer capsules because my tongue and esophagus can be very sensitive to tinctures and can flare its own stuff but if tincture is much more potent than I can figure it out. Just would really appreciate any honest feedback so I may perhaps start feeling better.
