Voles ruining over 20 thousand in brand new sod

Just need to vent.

We had over 10,000 sq.ft of sod laid and within 4 weeks voles have destroyed half of it and they're not showing any signs of stopping. We never had voles before.

We have tried traps, baits, exterminators, castor oil, bait stations. I have spent 40+ hours and lots of money on everything and everyone I could find to remove these fuckers. I am inches away from breaking down and losing my absolute shit. Full on Caddyshack here.

I feel like I just lit 20k on fire.
