[iPhone/iPad][2014–2017] Side-scrolling platformer with wind mechanics and machinery

Platform: iPad/iPhone
Years played: Around 2014–2017
Genre: Side-scrolling 2.5D platformer
Graphics: 3D models with layered backgrounds, fantasy world with lots of machinery.
Gameplay: Precise platforming, lots of levels, fans/wind helped you reach platforms, some dialogue that could be skipped. I also vaguely remember a hot-air balloon or airship. It reminded me of LittleBigPlanet, LostWinds, and Broken Age, but it’s none of those. I think it may have been removed from the App Store.

Please help me…I have been looking for it for years
