The aggressive healthcare job applicant?

I like to save some of my favorite posts (cheap-ass rolls, ideas man, borrow-boss's-assistant, among others) but can't seem to find one: the lady who applied for jobs at a certain healthcare system, didn't get hired, then opined as a patient that the person hired was "clearly unqualified" and went over that person's head, etc. to complain about it.

Anyone remember it or better keywords?
