Strategies For Waivers Tonight Since Next Week is All Star week?

I am in a rotisserie weekly league where everyone is on waivers that go through each night. Next week is All Star week. Does it make sense to add RPs for any of my expendable bench players. This way instead is starting a SP that isn't pitching next week, I start a RP that at least has a chance at appearing.

Any other strategies? Anyone I claim tonight will be eligible to start the 13th to 19th. Will we know projected starters on the 13th for the 17th, 18th and 19th?
