How many days before the topography do you usually stop wearing sclerals

Hi everyone I'm using scleral lenses for almost 3 years and everytime I have to go for routine check up for topography I have to remove lenses prior 10 days and these days without my lenses ( my every thing) is the most scariest days do you guys feel the same fear? As a student who is studying for medicine entrance exam​ oh my God it's too tough without my lenses can you guys please share your experiences how you deal with your life your work in these without lenses days and also how many days prior to check you remove your lenses? Iits even so difficult to go to my doctors clinic coz I have to travel 28 hours to go there it's in another city please share your experience so that I'll not feel alone😔
