Utilizing Dyes

I recently acquired two different purple dye shades and have their knowledge, but I can't use them at my camp dyehouse. Is there a certain dyehouse I must visit in order for it to appear in my dyes? I know I had to go to Varnia in order to use the black dye, so I assume this is the same?
