TC interview presentation

I have an interview for a TC at a local firm. The firm has asked me to prepare a presentation which they expect to be a few minutes long on any topic. I am struggling to pick a topic that will fit into the limited time I have whilst going into detail on the topic.

If anyone has done something like this in the past I would be thankful if you could provide me with some tips. Also, if you could disclose the topic you chose so I can have some insight into the type of expected discussions that would be helpful.
