FD ghost update

I got my FD ghost update on 30th April. No sign of P1 after. I have called them 4 times over a span of 2 months and they say my file is under progress, I have cleared background check, medical, biometrics but my P1 hasn't been issued yet, I got the same confirmation from 4 agents.
Help me!!! I am going mad
