this is kinda a vent, I don't really need response but it is welcome if you have similar experience and know some tips on healing

so, I had been talking to someone. just under two years older than me, and I had said before I was 18 I had a crush on her, which she said was to big of a gap, but it was fine to stay friends. fast forward, I mentioned it again when I was 18 after having been sexual with her literally like every day for almost​​​​ half a year, she said she liked me too but my poly (sex only) nature was too much so I agreed to not see ppl ​while we talked, and then I was sexually assaulted while drunk, and told her that I needed a bit of time but I still liked her a lot and we should keep dating, so I just kept up communicating (big thing we always talked about), and I wasn't sending much pics and stuff cause I was uncomfortable as fuck in my body.

that lasted like maybe a month, and by March she would never answer half the time and blamed it on school, then got done with exams for the summer in and told me she was gonna be more online. anyways by may she just wouldn't answer, and mid may about two weeks before my 19th my dog passed, and I told her, and she just said "im sorry" and then literally never answered me again, and started posting about her girlfriend????
