What’s the best way to build Cyrene with no other amphoreus characters?

Im a casual f2p player. I pull because of the love for the characters. I got cyrene but have no amphoreus characters. Im fine with the fact that she wont be performing as strong as she can. what’s the best way to build her as a normal support?
