supports shouldn't be allowed to have shutdown golds

I can't tell you how many games would turn from a lose to a win if some supports didn't take the 1000 gold for themselves. With more mages and camille whatever supports its even more common now than before. At least mage and carry supports can deal extra damage with the shutdown gold but its relatively way less useful on enchanters and tank supports. What I'm suggesting is, support still gets the 300 gold kill but the shutdown gold is split amongst teammates but i know this was how shutdown gold was distrubited back then, im not saying it should be this way again im only saying it should be this way only if a supports secures a shutdown and we now know who is support because we have role quests
