Knox Property Tax - House Appraisal

Has anyone successfully appealed the new assessed value on their house, from the recent property tax letters? Asking because the new appraisal from is an increase of 55% and it's 25% higher than the estimated value on Zillow etc.

Won't having an taxable property assessment so much higher than the actual value make it harder to sell?
