[actives] after break and shake

So I am using all in one bags and have just done the break and shake. When do I put the rubber bands on the bag to prevent the side pinning? Also, when they are fully ready to send, could anyone please give me some help about the best way to go forward. Do I cut a small slit in the top of the bag to get air in? What do you guys recommend?
