Locked out of old phone (google/android related)

So i have had gmails and androids for the last 38 out of the 39 years of my life. At the end of January of this year, my passcode on my old android got changed somehow (pretty sure my phone got hacked) the old passcode i have been using the last two years i have had that phone, even every single combination of that passcode mixed up i tried DID NOT WORK AT ALL.
Out anger and frustration after hours of crying and attempting to login to my phone and failing, i thought a quick fix would be to factory reset my phone. Simple right?
NOPE. lol it wanted the same passcode i used on that phone before i factory reset it to get back into the phone. If i couldn't figure out the passcode (which i could not) it wanted me to login using my gmail and password that was linked to my android.
Here is another issue, ALL of my passwords i have always used the "use strong suggested password" button and easy save to my phone then right? Nothing i wouldn't forget because i could look back in my phone if i did! 😂
I have always used GMAIL in all of my adult years too. So my two factor authentication, to get into my gmail for being locked out of that to recover my password, to get into my locked out android was ANOTHER Gmail account and my current phone number at the time which i had and still have no access to.
It is impossible to ahold of anyone at google to even attempt to try and recover my google email. Because my old emails linked to that no longer are accessible and my number linked to it is not accessible. So can anyone help me or have any advice on what i can do to get into my old android to maybe recover my old gmail someway or am i screwed? Should i cut my losses with my old phone and my years of memories that are in it.
I called my phone company and told them my situation before i got a new phone number and iCloud email because fuck android lmao. Their advice was to find someone to jail break my old phone and get into it that way if i want everything out of it. And i KNOW NO ONE.
