Drainage, Rain Gardens, French Drains

We're new to AA on the SE side (Platt & Packard/Scarlett Mitchell area), and we are having drainage issues any we get rain over .5 inches in roughly two hours. The current grading and driveway (compacted gravel) send water to the SW corner of the structure where it collects and runs across the garage floor. We solicited one bid from a local contractor so far, but it's well out of price range. Thus, the ask is, who do you recommend for regrading and drainage solutions who is fair-priced and likely to be able to handle a regrading/trenching/drainage job reasonably promptly? Grateful for all suggestions. Also, we have a handle on cleaning the gutters and diverting downspout run-off well away from the structure; all we're looking for at the moment are leads on responsive, professional, reasonably affordable landscaping/excavation shops.
