What should I do? My employer is refusing to hire me after my green card was approved.

And I've never actually worked for this employer yet. They gave me a written statement saying they were no longer willing to hire me, but it doesn’t state the reason. Other than that, I don’t have any documentation. Could this lead to my green card renewal to be denied after 10 yrs? ...
