Is my 2009 missing an A/C compressor clutch entirely?

So in diagnosis A/C the first thing you check is to see if the clutch is engaging. But the front of my compressor doesn't look anything like what I see in pictures like this https://www.rockauto.com/info/1063/CO%20103100C\_9\_261.jpg with the triangle and 3 extruded cylinders. Do I just... not have a clutch? The smallest interior part circled in red is stationary and everything else rotates whether I have the A/C on or off.
