How much degeneracy was allowed in the court?

As the title says. On one hand, we see in the movie a semi-orderly, yet sleazy environment. Spice smoke is in the air, courtiers are drinking and mingling with each other, but it’s not chaos or open depravity (except when everyone gets in a bloodlust during rancor feedings).

On the other hand, I’ve seen people in discussions paint the picture of the palace being a completely open place of depravity. Courtiers fucking in the alcoves, courtiers openly masturbating at the slaves on the dais, Jabba violating his slaves for all to see rather than in private…you name the degeneracy, it probably happened type stuff.

Which of these is your headcanon and why? The more reserved palace environment, the open hedonism, or maybe a mix of both?
