I'm a little confused on what Paths are supposed to be?

I am new to Runescape completely. I have 0 knowledge on anything. Just wanted to make that known ahead of time.

I saw on the wiki that there is a "Dwarven Army Axe" that is rewarded for doing a chain of Paths. Only problem is that I can't seem to figure out how I am supposed to start them. I can see the Archaeology, Construction, and Bossing Paths and I can see the option to change over to Burthorpe Paths, but there is nothing in the Burthorpe Paths. It just says "Paths Completed 26/26" and seemingly no way to actually do anything. The wiki says that I should have recieved something called "Call to Adventure" but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get that.
